Great App

Very effective app. Ive always envied my American cousins and friends in the US Mountain West. Their smartphone weather maps show an approaching storm with details over the next mountain or valley. Despite anlarge and costly bureaucracy, the Canadian Govt weather service is no where near as sophisticated. I needed a weather map app that showed weather developing on both sides of the Canada/USA border. Time and time again Environment Canada will report that all is clear or variable cloud, only to have this app show a thunder cloud or snow storm arriving from the west or south. Overall, this app is quite effective. It can initially be a bit difficult to understand the settings, and occasionally the radar does not seem to show on the map despite weather action. But in general it is more effective than most apps out there.
